Rita Cattoni has lived in Central Australia for the past 12 years, seven of these in the remote community of Yuendumu. Prior to this she has lived in Melbourne, Paris, Brisbane and grew in up in the Italian influenced community of Ingham in north Queensland.
Rita has a professional background in media management, but a love for food and passion for cooking. One day, she'll be able to combine these two into a gastronomic vision.
