5:2 Diet Steamed Salmon and Wilted Kale Salad

I had such a positive experience with the Kale, that I just want share it... but before I do this I must thank the wonderful Alison for putting me onto the "wilting massage" technique.
The following recipe amounted to a very small amount of calories, but was delicious.

Ingredients
A beautiful bunch of Kale
Salt
Fillet of salmon (skin on)
Lime or lemon juice
Black pepper
20 cashews
Verjuice
Olive Oil
